This is a huge game for Irish. If they lose this, they’ll have a tough time catching-up.
Worcester have been playing well recently and with the home advantage, I’d be very surprised if they don’t win. I also think they have a good chance of a BP.

Thats given Wuss some breathing space. they werent great but didnt really need to be. Lewington and Cokanasinga are dangerous wings but outside of that Irish didnt threaten much.
Adams is seriously sharp in attack and Mills is a very good footballing 12.

I think other teams can start planning on a raid on the Irish squad now. And beyond that we can look forward to Wales picking Cuthbert over Adams

Not really much use to my team though - we need back 5 forwards of genuine quality and the best one Irish have is the one we released for being underwhelming! Bloody inconsiderate of them.Digby wrote:I think other teams can start planning on a raid on the Irish squad now.

Same here. Not test calibre, but a very good and (largely underrated) Premiership 12.Banquo wrote:always liked Millsfivepointer wrote:Thats given Wuss some breathing space. they werent great but didnt really need to be. I’m not sure how popular their players will be TBH. Lewington is the obvious one along with Cokanasiga, Bell and Marshall, but beyond that, I’m not too sure. Williams would have been another, but who knows what’s going on with him?Puja wrote:Not really much use to my team though - we need back 5 forwards of genuine quality and the best one Irish have is the one we released for being underwhelming! TBC will interest plenty. Cowan and Treviranus will interest a few. Also, I can’t see Nalaga playing in the Champ.

I would be very happy for either of the Irish wingers to replace North at Saints.

I'd've said Brophy-Clews, Williams, Cokanasiga and Lewington will be the main targets. Other than that? I wouldn't have any of Bell, Marshall, Cowan or Treviranus myself - they're all strikingly average to my mind. Has Nalaga been in any kind of form since arriving at Irish?Scrumhead wrote:I’m not sure how popular their players will be TBH. I think Lewington will absolutely tear it up at Sarries. He'll benefit from them in the same way that Ashton, Strettle, Wyles, Maitland did/do by just being asked to finish and nothing else, which is a skill he's got in spades.

Yeah, I’d agree with that. Has a deal for Lewington been agreed? I know he’s been strongly linked to Sarries but I wasn’t aware it was a done deal?
Brophy-Clews is an interesting player with lots of potential but he seems to be very injury prone. He’s played the sum total of 16 minutes this season.
Bell, Marshall, Cowan and Treviranus are all Premiership standard players but without wanting to be too harsh, I wouldn’t say any of them are good enough to be first choice anywhere other than Irish. I’d take Bell, Marshall or Cowan at Quins but all three would be squad players.

Injured early in the season and won’t play again this season. Broke his arm and it became infected during the operation.Puja wrote:Has Nalaga been in any kind of form since arriving at Irish?Scrumhead wrote:I’m not sure how popular their players will be TBH.
