Re: Leicester vs Wasps
Arguably game of the weekend. Can Tigers continue their upward trajectory? Genge back is good news, as is Evans at least in the matchday 23. Be a nice contrast to see him up against Willis for the last 20 minutes or so.

Re: Leicester vs Wasps
That Tigers bench front row of TPN, Genge and Logo would start for most teams in the league pretty scary impact up front.

Re: Leicester vs Wasps
The last Tigers match I saw was that embarrassing defeat in Castres so I'm hoping for a significant improvement when I'm at Welford Road on Sunday!!..........Edit.... and a whole lot more entertaining than yesterday's tosh between Sarries and Quins.

Jesus, these pre-match demos/walk-throughs by a bunch of 40 year old guys in jeans and blazers really are cringeworthy. It's great to see a bit more of an attempt at analysis but that was just surreal.

Malouf pretty fortunate there. Not seeing the shoulder and up thing, pretty much cracked him in the jaw.

Re: Leicester vs Wasps
When Healey is commentating on Leicester, particularly against Wasps, he is even worse than Jiffy is for Wales when it comes to one eyed horseshit. Makes Lol sound like a well balanced neutral.

Got to hope Manu's is just a tweak from being out for so long. If he's done his pec again it starts to look like a real weakness in his body.

Every now ad then we get a flash of the player Tait could have been if he'd been left to play full back.

This is fun. 3 tries scored and about another 4 left out on the pitch.
Only downsides are the injuries to Manu, May and Daly.

Re: Leicester vs Wasps
Healy and Lol are as bad as each other, it's quite a nice balance in a way.
Eastmond got 2 reds for tackles like that, Lovobalavu got a ban for less. Should have been a red.
Entertaining game so far though, I'm afraid about what's going to happen when tigers actually get a run of possession though.
Can someone tell me if they also think that Robson's passes from the base, to the forwards pods, are often really long? Those forwards are almost already at the edge of the forwards defending close to the ruck (and they can't leave in case Robson breaks). Is it just me noticing it as a wasps supporter, and not for the rest, or is he chucking it further than most (and would that not help England, since in theory it means less competition at the breakdown).

Re: Leicester vs Wasps
Prem world problems..... 2/3 seasons ago Dewi Morris spent the first half of a Bedford match calling our captain by completely the wrong name. Sadly, I doubt that’s in his top ten of commentating **** ups.Mikey Brown wrote:Lol. Re: Leicester vs Wasps
How could that have been crossing / obstruction? De Jong was never in front of the ball carrier, and was tackled without the ball whilst being in place to be a legitimate passing option.
