Maybe he had to go so badly that he couldn't lock the door for fear he wouldn't make it then was going to poop after he peed? Maybe he thought he was peeing loud enough to hear or that some guy would look for feet before barging in on his alone time? Maybe he was having a cry? Look for feet ffs or you might get an eyeful of some poor guys frank and beans. Knock first?
It is usually futile to try to talk facts and analysis to people who are enjoying a sense of moral superiority in their ignorance.

He could at least have whistled or sung.

It is quite probable he was chewing gum or even sucking a boiled sweet at the time.

Thankfully not.

To be clear though, this isn't frustration at a one off event. This happens all the time, right? It can't just be me?

I tend to agree with you MB. What the feck would a woman know about the correct usage of the dual facilities offered by the gentlemen's lavatory?

Shitters are intended for those who need to shit and should not be hogged by the bladder-shy and small-willyed ponces who can't perform in the public glare of the urinal. That these delta-males then compound their lack of mettle by leaving the door unlocked and inviting the desperate to witness their 'abuse' of the facilities is surely sufficient to warrant a custodial sentence.

Perhaps Debrett's should address this issue in their next edition.

Bogs vary greatly in design, layout and clientele and many factors can come into play, but urinals for #1, cubicles for #2's is a safe starting point.
Sometimes a strategic bush (or wall) is all that's needed.
Are we getting the full story from MB ?

Twats that aren't paying attention when you flash your headlights.

Just to be clear this isn't an isolated incident, just that the most recent one prompted me to post in here. As far as the available stats and my own personal records of visits to the toilet are telling me, I don't spend an unusual amount of time in public bathrooms. Surely this is something every guy has encountered?

Now I think about it, it's particularly prevalent at the rugby or at a gig. Do people think it's an efficient, time-saving manoeuvre? Working towards the greater good of all? I don't know, but if you can be bothered to close the door at all, you can surely lock the thing?

This is a weird one isn't it. A nod or a thumbs up is the difference between this total stranger being a beacon of civilised society or an absolute stain on humanity.

It's a short step from "nice one" to "mannerless cunt" I have found.

You're right, ...and rarely at town centre public, large pub/restaurant or station bogs.
This suggests the Serj. testosterone/pecker size assessment is unlikely to be the underlying cause, more that at these events service users are likely to be pished, ready to burst, or high on adrenaline & other substances, so normal manners & protocols go down the shunky, leaving thon residual c¥nt.

Your (insert the name of practically any team you don't actually support) Mitre 10 Cup team for the 2018 provincial rugby championships . . .

How did these weirdos find me on Facebook and what makes them think I'd be interested in their loser rugby team - let alone consider it my team? It's worse than the FarmVille invites I used to get sent all the time :?
If they're good enough to play at World Cups, why not in between?

I think you're on to something there.

It is annoying when you want to enjoy a friendly and informative online experience but some cunt ruins it by flooding the place with shyte on the mistaken assumption that there are other people who give two shits about their pet peeves and opinions.

Yes, indeed. Nail; head Rowan.

Which is exactly what you just did - for reasons unknown to any sane individual.
