Thai Cave Rescue
8 of those boys now freed. Mashallah! 4 more to be rescued, plus the coach, I think. Hopefully they'll be out tomorrow. What a terrifying ordeal!

If they're good enough to play at World Cups, why not in between?

Re: Thai Cave Rescue
Apparently they may have got a ninth boy out, but they haven't confirmed it. Why the secrecy, I wonder?

11 boys out now. Only 1 left, plus the coach. Gr8 news!
Apparently they have an invite to the World Cup final, but may not be up to it as they look to recover their health and psychological composure. Nice idea though.

Re: Thai Cave Rescue

I hope everyone takes a moment today to remember Saman Gunan, the Thai Navy Seal that died making sure the kids stuck in the cave had enough oxygen so that today's rescue would even be possible.

Getting public people to behave in an altruistic manner......is now a joke.
It's a sign of weakness.

Altruism doesn't exist in humans. We're just apes in clothes.

True. A particularly evil variety of Apes. Killer apes. That's how we ended up top of the food chain.
