Team announcement came with an injury update:
Dave Attwood, Dan Bowden, Chris Cook, Kyle Eastmond, Max Lahiff, Francois Louw, Kane Palma-Newport (Senior Team)
Darren Atkins, Rory Jennings, Brett Herron, Max Northcote-Green, Tom Woolstencroft (Academy)

So our 35 man squad has managed to produce a 23 man team, with 7 injuries and 6 away on international duty.
Still no place on the bench for Catt though.

There may be trouble ahead.

I think they have to if they're going to stay up. They must be targetting games like this against weakened sides, at home.

Quite a test or young Hastings at 10. He looked a very tidy player last week for Scotland u20s. This is a step up though.

Bath do look very vulnerable.

After that dirge in France looks like some good rugby in the AP.

Wuss ahead and Saints giving LI a going over.

Oh, and Quins in strife

Neither really got into it properly; but Heathcote "won" that personal battle, though far less handicapped by his SH. His calm head was exactly what Wuss needed and had a hand in both Wuss tries (though more through seeing the bloody obvious, rather than anything he did specifically)

It was Matawalu that nearly lost us the match.

I was a bit worried for Hastings based on who the 9 was. Still, 1st start (?) and 1st win, even if he wasn't a stand out will do a young 10 good.

Wuss have just announced they have signed Springbok Francois Hougaard
Should hopefully be enough to make the difference in tight games

Here's hoping. Think it's a position of weakness for us currently

Also don't want to put it down to just not being good enough but something isn't quite clicking lately - we're playing well in very small patches, but we go missing for large parts of games
