Just seen those and was about to start a new thread. In fact, sod it - I'll abuse my power and do it anyway.
I am keen for the offside line at scrums most of all. A dominant scrum at the moment has little incentive to play the ball - they'd rather have the penalty. Push the defensive 9 back and you're giving more room for an 8 pickup and possibly even the return of back row moves which haven't seen the light of top leve rugby since the early 2000s. It increases the motivation for the ball to be played away rather than yet another scrum penalty.
Other than that, I think the red card will be implemented worldwide soon and I'm not in favour of the restricted scrum resets or the automatic 7 for under the posts. Kick clock is pretty much who cares.
