All looking poor other than Walker, Smith and Freeman.

Scrappy first half. Skelton should probably have gone for the tackle on Curry after about ten minutes. Freeman and Smith look good. Atkinson has had an absolute mare and a half. Rodd can feel very hard done by at scrum time. Curry is busy. Walker looks ok. Marchant with a couple of nice touches, but little to work with.
Randall has been very good and very poor in equal measure.

At 12 - bring Bailey on for the 2nd half, and accept that this is Farrell's best game there for England.

He's incredibly frustrating. Every fizzing pass that goes straight to the bread basket is matched by an elderly, wobbly donkey at or behind someone's head or toes. The cocked up tackle on Ollivon was the icing. Mitchell has every right to feel thoroughly aggrievedEpaminondas Pules wrote: Randall has been very good and very poor in equal measure.

Curry's only version of a carry is to run full tilt straight into the nearest defender with no attempt at footwork. Compare big Billy V's performance yesterday.Banquo wrote:yep, disappointed in the back 5 of the pack, tho chick has carried ok.Mellsblue wrote:All looking poor other than Walker, Smith and Freeman.

To be fair he’s got to go high to have a chance of stopping the try which is always is Olivon’s favour and even then he almost gets under the ball on the second attempt.Danno wrote:He's incredibly frustrating. That’s excellent from Randall at the back and then Chick and Underhill jumping on it!

Smith’s having a poop with the boot! His tee kicking and Atkinson are playing Farrell into 12.

His place kicking has been pretty poor for a couple of months, something has gone awry thereEpaminondas Pules wrote:Smith’s having a poop with the boot! His tee kicking and Atkinson are playing Farrell into 12.
