Pepper in as well. Newcastle have got the basics of a decent side coming through, if they can keep the youngsters together.

The Falcons homegrown backrow looks decent. The engine room in front of them looks Championship standard.

Homegrown back three looks pretty rapid as well. Be interesting to see how the new wonder boy gets on.

Bath surely going to notch up a TBP in this one.

Falcons do look good in some areas but pretty inadequate elsewhere. I suspect their season is going to be quite challenging.

Hopefully Barbeary can enjoy an injury free run and Ojomoh can start to fulfil his potential.

Brantingham getting a chance off the bench too! Good to see! Pepper has looked so good since returning from injury!

Can't get PRTV to work, and streams all letting me down - is it just me, or a more general problem?

Got an illegal to work - just in time to see the Barbeary try.

Looks like Bath's discipline is letting us down - both in terms of offending, and defensive shape

4 minutes later, Finn gets his first involvement - great cover tackle to prevent a try.

Almost immediately gets his 2nd touch to clear the line.

His first actual move, and a try is scored.
Which is the TBP for Bath on the stroke of HT

Hopefully won't be seeing Finn trot out straight after HT though (he's on for an HIA to MOjoh).

Some beautiful work from Coka and Dunn to create the 2nd and 3rd tries.

ETA: Should also say - hats off to the groundskeeper after the way that pitch cut up last weekend, and is (so far) withstanding the challenge today.

Not sure, the camera kept away and we were shown a couple of irrelevant replays.
PvdM was shown limping to the bench after though.
It didn't last long, just not something you see - may have just been an injury to a delicate area, of course.
Of it was PvdM, he looked okay forming the tunnel off the pitch.

Spencer for Bath, Connon for Newcastle.

Have to say, the unknown ref has had a good game - good communication mostly good decisions, marched Cloete back for mouthing off to him
