Well that's truly cringe worthy.

Big Sarries pack but no real fetchers in that side. If Bristol can get some momentum Sarries might end up coughing up penalties. Bristol are going to have to be very physical to weather that particular storm though.

nice to see Dolly getting a run out, lovely runner

Interesting to see how Sarries manage the Billy, Tom Willis, McFarland conundrum.

Not to mention Gonzalez. Christie’s in good form too.

Would explain why on the stats the Ice Man has two conversions from seven tries.

How did Gabriel Oghre play? I watched a few of his matches in the Top14 for Bordeaux/Bègles last season where he played well and was expecting him to show the same form for Bristol

He's only just started playing, he was unfit for the first few games so hard to tell so far..

Closer result than expected, thanks to OF, but there are some questions to be asked about the ref/tmo around the lineout.

For one score there were two balls on the field around the maul, for most of the lineouts Sarries players left the lineout early (they were pre-forming a maul) before Gorge threw in - so could/should have been penalties against them, and there was one where the Christy passed the ball over the maul (he was the front man) to Itoje (not bound). Which I think is also not allowed (my understanding is that it has to be passed out by the rear player).

Lam has to be under real pressure now and the next couple of games are becoming must wins for him.
