Re: Team for England
So we have withstood some initial English pressure. Can we take advantage of an extra player?

Lots of huffing and puffing there to

Nice to score just before the break. Well done Mann! Just need clear heads now before the break

Massive second half coming. We’re playing the better rugby, but we need to keep our heads. Hopefully we can come back out and regain the momentum and put England under more pressure

Re: Team for England
This is rubbish really.
But, Wales are only the second-rubbishest team on the pitch so far.
It can surely only be a matter of time until England click? But they do look vulnerable, and if we can somehow sneak ANOTHER score...
Well, we always play better in the 2nd half at Twickenham...
It's cruel to let us dream.

Ireland won’t be fearing either of these teams.Sourdust wrote: ↑Sat Feb 10, 2024 5:41 pm This is rubbish really.

But considering how young this team is, I’ll take being less shit.

Re: Team for England
Yeah but who's worried about Ireland? We should be sending the Aberavon Under-16s 2nd team to Dublin AFAIK.
This is a mid-table fixture. This is where we're at. Still much better off winning it!

Re: Team for England
Got to say I thought the Pen Try was well dodgy. Itoje was on the ball, and the ref said he was legal. How do Wales ground it from there?
I'm not sure if I'm more impressed that we held onto the ball for a 20-phase attack, or that England gave up about 2 metres in the whole thing. At least we didn't give up and kick it away, I suppose...

Didn't seem like England had much possession in that half. Need to try and counteract the rush defense.

Has Warren got a new mistress or something? Wales seem a lot more positive in intent than for a long time. Your young fullback....great find.

One of the benefits of al our players buggering off is that players like Winnett get opportunities. He’s been tidy for Cardiff
