Leon Brown retires

With immediate effect, according to the Fail.
Shame- a lot of potential never fully realised due to the number of injuries.

Bugger, that is a shame but he is very injury prone. When he got a run of games together he demonstrated some real potential. But a neck issue isnt something to take chances with.

He was certainly of international standard. He promised to be an exceptional international as he was clearly learning and improving throughout his career.

It was not a continuous process of development, interrupted by injuries after which he understandably needed a few games to get himself back to where he was before. His retirement is a real loss to Wales.
