Reed at fullback looks all wrong but maybe he’s played there’s before. Interesting to see RMW playing 13 again, seems like he’s been fairly exclusively at 12 for Sale?

RMW at 13 because RDP has had to go to 10 to cover Fords injury. Not sure they completely trust RMW in defence there but think he does his best work in attack a little wider.

Great to see Burrow and Quirke starting plus Davies on the bench. BCurry back too.

Tough old game for Sale. Second half especially they couldn’t get any territory and Glasgow were relentless. Almost pulled it around, which with the players missing and disruption during the game was astounding. Too many missed tackles was what killed them.

Ollie Davies came on after 16 mins when Maasi-White went off injured and promptly scored 3 mins later! That 64 mins of game time will have done him the world of good! Only just turned 19 too!

Tom Curry was outstanding! Jibilu was very good too!
