Re: Other games
Bit of a bit polar game this for me. Family from both nations. Never sure who to go for. I suppose the micks as Scotland could finish above both.

It was so much easier to blame Them. It was bleakly depressing to think They were Us. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

I thought yesterday's was alright. France actually played a bit of rugby. Think those boys should start Tin Duck for the rest of the tournament. He's just a more assured flyhalf.

I'm amazed the score is 6 - 3.
Ireland could really do with having the ball for a bit... Preferably not 10 yards from their own try line.

i wonder how long it'll be before ITV have a go at fitting in some adverts during some of the scrum resets.

It's annoying as fuck. So annoying I was driven to tweet itv rugby endlessly in a sarcastic manner. It'll be fine next match. No thanks required.Edinburgh in Exile wrote:i wonder how long it'll be before ITV have a go at fitting in some adverts during some of the scrum resets.

Re: Other games
Anyone else think that was pretty naive from Watson? He's scored in the corner under no pressure at all - he could have got a lot closer to the posts and his support runners were pointing to do so as well... Farrell misses the kick and all.

Not a big fan of how Brown was lashing away with his boot there. First or second one sure, but the third and forth go... That close to someone's head? Seems a bit reckless to me.

Did he card the wrong man? What did Care do?OptimisticJock wrote:That's a yellow.
If it's for the kick to the face then that's inexcusable as it was right in front of the ref.

Didn't see brown trying to undertake some studded facial surgery until the replay.

Morning cats,
Was just looking through the beeb's articles on today's games, read the England vs Wales one with the comments section on the bottom of it... The very first one I read...
"Even before a friend and his wife were forced out of their dream home by the constant threats and harassment of welsh nationalists, I always found the welsh very, very, very, very difficult to like."
Hahaha for fuck sake.
Never change Internet... Never change.

I was reading the comments to the army jobs post on Facebook. 3 women who have never served answering questions from prospective recruits/numpties with comments from serving/former squaddies ripping the pish. Was an amusing 15 minutes.
