James Davies Injured

Post by Numbers »

Bad news for the Scarlets, out for three months with shoulder surgery.

On the up side it'll give Boyd and McLeod some more gametime.

Boyd met the challenge head on yesterday in a great display ..along with Shingler who just seems to be consitency itself at the moment..and his standard is very good.

I wonder if Shingler might get a chance in the AIs with Warburton and Moriarty out?

I think Moriarty is due to be fit again before then, also Lydiate.

I like Shingler but the coaching setup seem to think him a bit underpowered for test rugby, the last chance he had he kept getting turned over by standing to upright in the tackle and therefore getting choke-tackled.

Its been so long since Lydiate last played I had forgotten about him. Ellis Jenkins is also likely to be fit by all accounts.

I thought he'd torn his hamstring in pre-season?

Oh, that's good news, Ollie Griffiths is a very gifted player.

I'd like to think hi he might get a crack this AI. But I suspect lydiate will get the nod for the big games.

He'll be in with a decent chance of the bench against Georgia I should think.
