And Gloucester are after the Worcester fanbase:

Delicate balancing act there.

Fair bit of Tom Parton to Sarries talk going about.
Sounds fairly plausible

Seems legit. He's a decent player and prospect, but has been utterly buried by the rise of Arundell.

Fantastic runner, but yes.

True. Also fits if Malins is indeed off to Bristol.

Yep. He's also in the last year of his contract and knows Kennedy really well having played for him from U18s when Kennedy was academy head right through into the first team when he was DoR.
He's a cracking player, who'll do well anywhere if he stays injury free (which has been a big challenge for him).

Bath supposedly interested in taking Ted Hill, Ollie Lawrence & Rory Sutherland on loan from Worcester.
Might be forerunner of some other deals involving the Worcester players.

That would be good use of injury dispensation wouldn't it. Loaning out the big names short term could well be a popular option for the administrators if they think a sale is plausible.

Which is worse, playing for Bath or not playing at all?!?!?

Yeah but if you're able to look good playing for Bath imagine how good that looks to the international selectors.

This is true. If it were me, I’d probably insert a clause saying I could only play in the second half…

Worcester captain Ted Hill, Ollie Lawrence, Fergus Lee-Warner and Valeriy Morozov are the quartet heading to The Rec for the next four weeks.

Wasps do and have all the advantages of geographical proximity, but as Puja mentioned on the Wasps/Bath thread I don't think anyone is going to entertain that until it's clear whether their goose is cooked too.
I thought Hatherell had already gone?

Hatherell's been trying to go since the very start of all this and has made himself unavailable to play (and I don't blame him; I think it's incredible that any of the Worcester players were willing to risk injury when their health insurance, physios, and employment was about to disappear), but I'm fairly certain he wasn't actually able to escape and now he's stuck in administration like the rest until 14 days after the cheque bounces.
Speaking of geographical proximity, I do want Leicester to pick up Shillcock - he's massively underrated and would fill the gap in our squad when Steward's away perfectly. I would also expect Borthwick to be sniffing around DTHVDM as a Nadolo replacement, but I'm sure he'll have many offers elsewhere.
Glaws would seem to be the obvious location for players who don't want to move house though.

Yeah, perhaps my grasp of Midlands geography wasn't that good.....
So Hatherell ruled himself out? As you say, can't blame him. That'll explain why I hadn't seen him and thought he had left.
I think Wasps should also be looking at Shillcock. DTHVDM will go wherever the money is highest, and it's unlikely to be a cap-constrained Tigers I'd have thought.

Hatherell is apparently close to signing a contract with La Rochelle.

Sorry to be pedantic but DTH van der Merwe is the Canadian winger not the South African (sorry Scottish) winger at Worcester. I very much doubt anyone in the Premiership will be sniffing around the former ; )
As for Wasps … are they in a position to look at anyone right now?

Och, of course you're right on DTH/Duhan VDW.
No, Wasps aren't simply. I think a lot of Wasps fans are deluded about our prospects of still playing Premiership rugby next season.

The Wuss owners did suggest it:

In which case, it's clearly a terrible plan.
Can't see it happening in any case - Wasps's best asset is the
Ricoh CBS Arena and the various money making endeavours therein contained and I can't see them moving city for a second time in a decade. And there'd be no point in Wuss moving cause then it would just be dissolution by another name.

Ollie Lawrence would be a good fit for Glos. nobody will have cap space tho.
