That would be funny. I would be interested to hear Lizard's opinion on this case, as I think it's pretty much in and around his area of legal expertise. It sort of seems to me that if you purchase music from a third-party supplier that specialises in selling music, then you'd have a reasonable right to expect that it wouldn't infringe copyright.
