Much better from Georgia this half. Looks like their scrum half signed for Bruce this year but has only played once for them.

Good scrum. Laidlaw if you're going to toe poke that you're as well blootering it.

Now they are off Dell and Fagerson can reflect on a a very good AI series.

Vern will want one more score I reckon. Georgia benefiting from not kicking so much.

We're >3 tries up. There's no excuse now.

He isn't to be fair. But neither were the others who were subbed. This is perfect for Price to come on.

Has he just yellowed Low for being pumped? There's no logical reason for him to wheel that.

Can't argue with that. We've not had a response to the Georgian scrum.

Nice pace and work by price and Hughes.

That my friends is exactly why we have got to move on from Laidlaw. Well done Mr Price. I don't remember the last time Laidlaw took a quick tap.

Shame to see us move the game to rugby park and not sell it out. Not the easiest to get to.

BTW in the England game the RG boy has a big ban coming.

Edit. Clear stamp in the puss. Deliberate too for my money.

He took a quite tap in the first half.

I though that too. Price or any 9 needs more gametime but an10min cameo in a comfortable win shouldn't be read into too much.

I thought that Russell's missed conversion said more about why Laidlaw plays. Price also slowed things down a bit thereafter.

Again, in that situation it isn't a fair comparison either. That was Russells to 1st kick in the match after 70odd min. And Price was closing a game out.

We can't use that 10min for any real evaluation of how a post Laidlaw team would look nor can we use it as evidence to move on from him IMO.

Price now needs to try and move in front of Pyrgos at weeg.

I was wondering if I had imagined that.

And aye, as D is saying it's not a fair comparison at all. I highly doubt he would have made that tap and go had he been on for the full game. Still, like the look of that cat at this level.

Solid win, stuffy second half, but the defence held up alright. I'm glad we started how we did (after the clusterfuck of a try we conceded that is), as my fears about the scrum kind of got realised for most of the second half, but by then it didn't really matter.

Next season maybe... Glasgow don't have many first choices. Most are rotated.

Enjoyed that. Good first half: accurate, solid set piece and finished off a few meat pies. Our kicking game was miles better than theirs and helped us to dominate territory and possession.

Where TF did the Ross Ford of the first half come from? Looked good. Wilson too and Hogg obviously

We knew our third choice props were weak. Confirmed again. Dickinson and Nel back in and our pack looks handy.

It was good to see Georgia play a bit second half. Their 9 is class.

Solid win and a plan that worked first half even if it did mean sometimes we gave long passes to the wings too early.

Need our props back for 6N but at least these have had some game time. Both played well in open play too. Best open play game Iv seen for years from Ford too.

If Fagerson is third choice who is second choice?
