Hope the boys are enjoying a well earned rest this week. Their confidence must be sky high and momentum is building nicely.
Let Patch start and have a good run against the Fijians. There was talk of using Liam Williams as the 3rd Fly Half but I wouldn't risk that in the Fiji game, Biggar to the bench if fit, just in case.

Fair play to Patch, he is doing very well and where previously he has sometimes looked like he wanted to do it all himself, his approach in the Australia game was far more mature.

Just adding another +1 for Patchell here. Always liked him but wasn't sure it looked like would fulfil his potential or even become a Wales regular. Very interested to see what happens there after the world cup.

Yes the kicking was pretty good and all you’d expect at the RWC.

We’re fortunate that we have Biggar and Patchell on form as front line kickers, with Halfpenny, if selected to play, as backup, although his conversion average has been down lately. Lack of game time I suspect.

In tight games, successful kicking can make a hell of a difference as we saw last November against the Oz. That set the scene for Sunday’s win.
