Just before Ford went off Manu ran past Faz with the ball with Faz being the nearest possible support and Faz just looked like no way Manu I'm fucked. Then Ford went off. Fuck. Eddie needs them cataracts seen to.

We seem to think the best way of closing a game out is to give the other side the ball

Nigel is getting to be a fussy little wazzock. Why use two words when ten will do!

Decent pass from Faz
A try that Nowell should not score there though - good effort!

Did I miss something? I also saw Jack shrug off 1 tackle there (with another 2 Argentines falling over), but the commentary seem to think he wove his way through all 15 Argentines, cam back and did it again.
It was a good try, and he had no"right", but...

No advantage Nigel? They had a 4 on 1 overlap!

Our plan is clearly to not look that great in the group stages so as not to concern NZ and SA.

Definitely underwhelming, but let’s face it, we’d have taken that before kick off.
Billy and Marler didn’t look seriously injured and depending upon the outcome of the France vs. Tonga game, there’s potential to rest them next weekend if needed.
