I'm out the cup. Had a 70 point lead going into Sunday, and fair play to the person I was playing they clawed it back. Lost by 7.

I didn’t even make it to Round 2. Out in the first round!

I’m well off the pace this season. Too many below average weeks and no consistency until the last few rounds.

I'm out of the cup too. First round I was up against someone 600 places lower than me overall, but they went on to score 538 that week.

I was out of the cup first round for the first time - was ahead by 30 points when the initial results were in and ended up losing by 2 when they were finalised. Hey ho, never mind.

Are RM not running the game for the final 6N game this Friday? Did they just average the scores before?

Have to say, I'm a bit less interested to watch without the incentive of seeing how my fantasy picks go.

I think they decided to average the scores.

There's actually some creativity to be had this week now that Simmonds isn't starting - who are you going to pick as your captain and why is it a mistake?

I'm tempted by a Gloucester player. Trouble is they're all forwards that I have, and given the Exeter team I don't think that they'll be wracking up the tackle count

I've gone with Matavesi as hooker, but am sure to be disappointed

I’ve gone Barbeary, he has done well for me in the past. That of course means he will be single figures so sorry to anyone else that picked him.

That's a good shout and probably better than mine. I've gone for Radradra, although I'm now equivocating about it. Backs require so much more luck - it's either boom or bust - and I've seen so many times where Radradra's made all of Bristol's attacking play with dummy lines and freakish offloads while scoring the square root of f*ck all.

Sod it, I'm changing. This is everyone else's cue to lump onto Radradra, as he's now about to score 6.

Gone for Care. Seems to be the next most likely after Simmonds to always put up big scores and hoping the Bristol game will be open and have many snipes (is that a word?).

Well, Barbeary was a better bet than Radradra, but not by much. My major error this week was equivocating between signing Cordero or Sleightholme. I went for Cordero, of course.

Yes. I think so ... as a plural of snipe it makes more sense than snipings.

It’s also a surname if your name is Wesley ...

I went for Barbeary who did pretty well. Just glad I didn’t go for Dombrandt who had a particularly poor week ...

Things really not going well for me. Solid mid table mediocrity. Does anybody else fancy breaking away and forming a Super League?

Haha. I’m just hoping I can hang on to make our play offs.

Switch Skier has opened up a 98 point lead on me now.

Hands up who thought that Sam Simmonds was looking a bit tired in recent weeks and decided to give their captaincy to someone else. I only do daft stuff like this to make the rest of you lot look good higher up the table.

You are all very welcome.

Guilty ... I did the same.

I’ve picked Care and I’m hoping he can continue his recent form. I’d expect today’s game to be pretty loose so it’s not beyond him to pick up 40 something points.

I did too. Am debating whether to make a last minute switch from Dunn to Smith

I switched from Simmons to Dunn so that means Dunn will be in single figures.

 I contemplated the exact same change.

I did exactly the same. Only in a completely unexpected turn up for the books, I switched captaincy to Smith, who actually delivered more!

I did, however, have two late changes which scuppered what would otherwise have been a strong round.

In any other week 544 would be a very good score. This week it was dwarfed by some massive scores and I was a lowly 872nd for the round! The top score was 677 which is the highest I’ve ever seen.

I’ll be lucky to make 200th this season. Nowhere near the top 50 I was aiming for!

Tom Dunn value down 11% on the back of his red card. The question is, if he's banner for the rest of the season does his value go to zero? Do you take the chance ahead of the disciplinary hearing?
