I think a bit of both. Freeman should have stayed wider, but jones should have straitened up, giving the space for the pass to freeman.Banquo wrote: ↑Sat Jul 19, 2025 12:07 pmI thought it was the best line as jones was going sidewaysDonny osmond wrote: ↑Sat Jul 19, 2025 12:04 pm Great try, thought they butchered it when Freeman ran a crap support line but they came goodfunny what we all see differently!!

I thought he should've either hit the switch or stayed further out
It was so much easier to blame Them. It was bleakly depressing to think They were Us. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

Thought he was trying to switch but they weren’t on the same wavelength.Donny osmond wrote: ↑Sat Jul 19, 2025 12:09 pmBanquo wrote: ↑Sat Jul 19, 2025 12:07 pmI thought it was the best line as jones was going sidewaysDonny osmond wrote: ↑Sat Jul 19, 2025 12:04 pm Great try, thought they butchered it when Freeman ran a crap support line but they came goodfunny what we all see differently!!

We’re seeing the bad side of Russell’s game here, for me. Not sure Jgp is doing him any favors right now. Just feel there’s a level of indecision from a number of players.

Was MvVarthy injured? Otherwise why give him 3 minutes after a 25 minute rest?

Never thought id see an Oz team offer so little in attack. They used to breed instinctive attackers for fun, what's happened?
Is that Porter getting penalised? Funny how everyone can suddenly see it when his shirt isn't green!

Not entirely slick at the moment. Need to cal,m down as they could easily rack up a cricket score here.

Whilst he is doing a lot of good things, Curry’s penalty count is growing, and he’s gotten away with a couple.

Australia starting to show some signs of competence here. I hope they can build something otherwise this series is going to be dull.

Well excuse me, but if Jones' try was disallowed for not releasing after the tackle how tf has he given that?
No way is that a try

I'm just not seeing that from Russell. He had one charge down, otherwise has been in complete control and looked very calm.Sandydragon wrote: ↑Sat Jul 19, 2025 12:19 pmNot entirely slick at the moment. Need to cal,m down as they could easily rack up a cricket score here.
Australia putting up more of a fight now. Not convinced by Earl's tackle. Arms swing round but they are aiming down to the ground.
Funny one. Is it a double movement if defenders drag you over the line?
