Criticising Aldritt is kind of funny.
(Being kind)
We all see what we see, sometimes different things, and need not all agree. Aldritt is very good at what he does. I think he would make the England team. (But not the Irish

.
Every time I watch Aldritt play for France, I see a number 8 who is fundamentally constructive and destructive exactly as required. He is the mortar in the brickwork in attack and defence. If I was an international flanker or SH, I'd want to play alongside him. I'd choose him for a World XV just ahead of Doris.
I'd have Ardie Savea ahead of the pair of them.

Whatever! The embarrassing crunch is that we went with Billy Vunipola - how far down the rankings is he currently?

Surely he is only in camp now to keep Cole company on long distance runs

For me, the openside of the tournament so far is Botia of Fiji, with Ollivon not far behind (though Ollivon, while he wears 7, is more of a 6.5.)

French normally play left and right. Ardie is a good 8, but imo a better classic 7 (though obvs not playing there for enzed)

The error count from the England forwards is woeful. Mitchell looks like he's playing with a hangover as well. At least the backs look half decent ball in hand, that's a nice change.

Mitchell is going to be lucky to make half time. His errors have led to two tries so far.
