I thought her massive concern was getting him to read fewer tweets. I was thinking there was finally someone doing their job well.
No, I mean that he supposedly just skim-reads the documents given to him at the Whitehouse briefings for his own name, as why else would he have any interest in them?

It was concerning to her more as a person who lives on this planet than as someone who wants him to stay off Twitter.

And no, WIW, it does not work. You should be ashamed of yourself.
I get it now. That is very revealing. His own cult is more important than the post.
He really is one of those cartoon presidents. 'I was elected to lead, not to read'. Good on you Annie.

Montana considers whether a Congressman who assaults reporters for asking questions about health coverage is acceptable and decides yes it is, or at least it's more a forte than voting for a Democrat. Trump might be an idiot, but he's still supported by plenty of idiots, and in fairness the Democrats at a national level are doing nothing to appeal to those voters, stupid though they are.

I'm not generally in the habit of defending US politics, but to be fair wasn't about 79% of this vote done by postal voting? So already decided before the incident even happened.

Of course, there are plenty of reports of people defending the Repugnican's assault

Mssr Macron loves WUMming Trump:
Walks towards him until Trump spreads his arms for a hug, blanks him, greet Merkel, and a few others, before finally shaking hands with Trump, and playing silly buggers with the handshake too.
The Don doesn't look terribly happy.

Probably more seriously though... it looks like the Russians have got fed up with Trump, and want rid: https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/na ... b6ef52872f
Jared Kushner and Russia’s ambassador to Washington discussed the possibility of setting up a secret and secure communications channel between Trump’s transition team and the Kremlin, using Russian diplomatic facilities in an apparent move to shield their pre-inauguration discussions from monitoring, according to U.S. officials briefed on intelligence reports.

Ambassador Sergey Kislyak reported to his superiors in Moscow that Kushner, son-in-law and confidant to then-President-elect Trump, made the proposal during a meeting on Dec. 1 or 2 at Trump Tower, according to intercepts of Russian communications that were reviewed by U.S. officials. Kislyak said Kushner suggested using Russian diplomatic facilities in the United States for the communications.

The meeting also was attended by Michael Flynn, Trump’s first national security adviser.

Quite simply where on earth did Trump learn his handshake technique? His arm is moving in a sawing action rather than the more conventional up/down.

I have to confess I can't see why Trump has stayed quiet on the killings in Portland. Okay not everything about the attack and the killings fits some of his absurd narrative, but it's getting more pathetic by the hour by really any measure to have nothing to say.

The exact same behaviour has made him terrifying in the business community (where it works).
The disconnect of his understanding that you can bully business people but you have to compromise at the political level,......that, will get us all killed.
Someone mentioned the Mussolini face and that's a very decent analogue. The ego is wagging the dog.

Trump basically believes in eugenics. In his mind (and his father's apparently), rich people are rich because they have superior genes. By extension, he is of the opinion that race is a legitimate basis for application of justice. See his "central park five" efforts in the '80s. He has no qualms about broadcasting his judgement of non-white perpetrators of violence but is consistently silent over white perpetrators. He, as a head of state, has an obligation to nip this street justice shit in the bud. The fact he doesn't speaks volumes for his priorities. He is a scientific and social dinosaur.

Turns out Trump had actually spoken out or at least tweeted out about the attacks in Portland, and just before I commented he hadn't. I'll confess I don't actually follow him on Twitter and wasn't thus aware he'd just remarked on the violence, though that's not a Trump thing, I don't follow anyone on Twitter. Anyway his comment, such as it is, reads: "The violent attacks in Portland on Friday are unacceptable. The victims were standing up to hate and intolerance. Our prayers are w/ them,"

Speaking from a biomedical prespective, this is not just wrong, it is diverging from scientific fact established quite some time ago and heading headlong into a medieval abyss. Wealth percieved as a metric for biological fitness. Way to go Don. You're doing alright pal.

I'm sure I read that the POTUS account is handled by Dan Scavino and if Trump has tweeted himself, the tweet has DJT at the end. Not sure if it's still the case though.

It's interesting that he hasn't made any comment on his personal Twitter account which he clearly uses more often and consists of what he really thinks and feels about things.

He has the hair gene. That's actually what he is pointing to when he references "upstairs". He is one thick hombre.

The fact hes mentioned it so many times could be because hes actually insecure about it and trying to convince himself that he does infact have superior genes. Which he clearly doesn't because hes a fat ugly bald cunt who is due a heart attack.

He's clearly insecure about a number of things, but it would not surprise me in the least if he 100% believed he has superior genes.

He without a doubt fails to see the connection with his privileged upbringing/life and his access to Daddy's cash and a YUGE inheritance. Even if he didn't have a great start and the inherited hundreds of millions, he'd still be just as successful thanks to his superior genes.

His tweets are just nonsense

'North Korea has shown great disrespect for their neighbor, China, by shooting off yet another ballistic missile...but China is trying hard!'

But China is trying hard? WTF does that even mean? What are they trying hard?

Lol?
