Yellow for Italy after a warning. Want to really put the foot down now

Great try. All created by Russel and then finished by Ford

Dean Budd in the bin as I'm hearing the whistle every second ruck. Constant infringements from Italy. We continue the attack.

Now Russell off which seems to make sense. Played well, now let's see if Horne can establish himself as second choice

That was the most brilliant bit of attacking play I've seen in a while... Finn takes the ball up to the 22, he has Taylor running a hard line inside him nice half break and he offloads to Hoyland... Hoyland keeps it alive offloading to Ford who doesn't seem to realise he's over the try line for what felt like an eternity and eventually he plods down! Easy kick.
Should be 29-3.

I can't help but chuckle whenever i see Wee Tam Allan playing against us. What a decision from him.

He'd be my choice butility Weir has probably been second choice for most of the last few years which isn't surprising considering Horne doesn't play 10 that much

Strauss yanked for Harley. Pyrgos on.
Can understand it due to Strauss' fitness but Wilson and Barclay look exhausted.
Nel still looking lively and Toolis and Swinson show no signs of tiring.

Lmao that kick from Visser. Not sure if it was intentional... outside of the boot but it was pretty decent.

A kinder bounce and we'd have another try.

Ragnar on for Nel. Reid on as well. Looking fresh and plugging on. Mistakes starting to creep in but generally playing quite positively. Italy look clueless.

How did Eskimo get on in general? Close to his old form?

Quietly went about his business. We've got them under the cosh at scrum time. No notable carries but was at a few rucks and made his tackles.

If he wanted to represent Italy fair plays to him . It's a real challenge.

Lovely bit of individual brilliance from the 7 and a finish by Camparagno sees Italy score. Came from a spill from Bradbury unfortunately.

Doesn't matter too much as the game is won but being very wasteful with the ball in the danger zone. We're literally on the line and Scott picks up off the back of the ruck with 0 support and it slips out of his hands. To be fair, I think Pyrgos told him to. Wrong decision.

We DESTROY Italy on their own ball 5m defensive scrum. It's now an attacking one!

Taylor sets up Hoyland in the corner. Score came eventually...
Horne's conversion is good from right out on the sideline. 34-8.

Clock red but Italy are desperate for a consolation so they're plugging on.
And they score in the corner. We left a lot on the pitch and were pretty poor in the first 30 mins or so. Really good scoreline when you consider that.
34-13 FT.
