Why?
Because Edinburgh's centres aren't very good?
He wasn't very good either. Be better investing in youth than a player who never was.

Good riddance.
Did I imagine it or did this not happen ages ago?

Aye, back in May. Was just canvassing the AP ins and outs and didn't remember this being mentioned.

These things aren't mutually exclusive.

Jones scored four for the stormers. 1st was collecting his own chip through. Others were simple enough finishes with the last breaking a feeble tackle.

According to sky sports Gray had a fantastic debut and is playing again tonight. Anyone watching?

From what I heard, Gray had the biggest tackled count for Toulouse. His lineout ratio was also good. However he didn't do much with the ball in hand.

Matt Scott appears to have made a decent first impression.
"The Scottish centre showed the value of his signing. He is a shrewd operator, so often in the right place, as he showed when looping round on to a superb out-of-the tackle pass from flanker Ross Moriarty, to get his second touchdown in the 32nd minute."

I watched the game. It was a good performance from him, excellent support running for both tries. He also put in a great tackle on a kick chase that led to a penalty that Laidlaw put over. Gloucester had a rank second half though.

I really hope he finds a new lease of life down south (and remains injury free). He is such a talented player but has tough old time for a couple of years.

Scott makes it 3 tries in 2 games, but I fear he's just realised what a shambles of a team he's signed up for.

They might be a shambles but not a scratch on how shite Edinburgh are.

He won't get in the Bath team anyway.

Knee - looked in pretty severe pain when he came off against Saints.
Bath's strongest team would put Denton on the bench; though it sounds like Bladders may actually believe in squad rotation - although we've heard plenty about that in the past with no actual evidence.

Ashe gone as well means Strauss will need to hit his straps in the AIs. Squad call for Bradbury at least.

Start of next year iirc. Shit for the guy and the team, but he can still be an asset on the run in.
