Bordeaux won 16-12, Toulouse’s first loss at home for two and a half years. Kinghorn scored a try then got a yellow card for a high tackle.
Russell played well with ball in hand for Bath against Leicester but his kicking from hand and from the tee was gash. Bath lost both wingers, Bayliss was moved to the wing then subbed off with the reserve scrum half going to the wing.

After seventeen wins in a Toulouse jersey, that was Kinghorn’s first defeat, so the supporters may forgive him for having an off day.

Pretty impressive. He’s really dragged that team out from the dirt.

Kinghorn back at 15 for Toulouse.
Gray at 4 for Bordeaux
Russell at 10 for Bath, Cam Redpath on the bench. Bayliss not in 23.
Onyeama-Christie on the bench for Saracens
Hutchison at 12 for Northampton
Hogg not selected for Montpellier
Edit
I keep forgetting about Warr and Reed. Both playing for Sale tonight.

Another defeat for Toulouse (away to Castres) and Midi Olympique wrote that Kinghorn was "clumsy". Maybe he's becoming a tad too fond of a pastis?

Russell, Redpath and Bayliss all start for Bath
Arron Reed and Gus Warr both start for Sale Sharks
Andy Onyeama-Christie starts for Saracens
Miller-Mills and Hutchison start for Northampton
(Glasgow bound?) Alex Craig on the bench for Scarlets
Ben White not in the 23 for Toulon
Jonny Gray on the bench for Bordeaux Begles
Kinghorn not in the 23 for Toulouse (maybe taking the blame for the two losses?)
Dylan Richardson on the bench for the Sharks

Is Hogg no longer to be considered due to his frequent appearances in front of the beak? Kebble at prop? (Don’t know if he’s tight or loose head)

Hepburn. Another one I forgot.
Rumours are that DVDM is off to La Rochelle, so we might soon be able to stick him at 11 and move Reed to 14. Tom Gordon would make it a full team.

Harris is still about too. If you were wanting to be creative, you could put him at 13, Hutchison at 15 and Kinghorn on the wing.

I’m not sure creative is the word I would use for Harris.

Seems like Christie has picked up an absolute horror knee/ankle injury. Massive shame for him. He looked fantastic in his recent caps.

foot ended up facing wrong way. Ankle broken and dislocated.
Long way back but doable. Saracens have committed to support him to getback

Maybe we can add Dan Lancaster to this thread soon because he's apparently being looked at by Gregor according to 606v2 site

That’s a curious one. All I was aware of regarding him was people questioning how he has ended up in the R92 squad, aside from his dad being the coach.
He looks fairly competent, but with Tuipulotu, Redpath and McDowall I can’t say I’d have thought to look at a player like him.

Onyeama-Christie needs surgery, but Mark McCall says he should be back this season. Excellent news if it turns out that way - it looked like it could've been a lot worse than that on first viewing.
A few newspaper articles stating that Fergus Burke is due to be selected by Scotland for the AIs "after being turned down by England for the EPS", but I can't see anything suggesting it's anything more than speculation.

How has he been doing? Not seen much of him, but wouldn't take too much for him to be second or third choice 10.

Solidly fine. He's not set the world alight, but he's been functional in keeping Saracens running, usually behind a pack that's on top. Not been goal-kicking, but that's more Lozowski being excellent than anything else.
Frankly, there was never a suggestion that he'd be in the EPS while we have Smith/Smith/Ford (and we'd likely pick Furbank as 10 cover ahead of him). I suspect Townsend will parachute him in this international period, as otherwise he'd likely be called for England A, which would tie him for 3 years, and he is a decent player. Won't be challenging Russell any time soon, but I'd rate him higher than Hastings.

I've only managed to see scraps of Burke for Saracens, would go with Puja's description so far - but its early days for him in a new team.
Don't know enough yet to rank him v Hastings. The Hastings who left Glasgow was a really good 10. No Russell but who is?. Hastings move and serial serious injuries hampered him at Gloucs so never shone there at all. He has looked on return to Glasgow pretty similar to Burke at Saracens - feeling his way a bit but doing fine
So I can see why Burke might get the call next week and Hastings not (a capture against a capped player). The slight problem in all this is another guy playing 10 a lot, uncapped and becomes Scotland qualified this Nov. Not a conventional 10, not a great kicker from hand or tee by goodness me is he effective!
It would be something to name 2 uncapped 10s for this series. OTOH first game we can only call up Glasgow and Edin players, so maybe Jordan for that one and Burke for Portugal later on
