Sleightholme is a huge step down from IFW.

I think nearly everyone is. It’s such a shame Murley got injured when he did. He should be in the next squad.

Multi-penalty warnings should be specific. 'Next one is a yellow.'

Only a second row could blame the 9 for that.

We're having a lot of chances, penalty wise, and stuffing it up. It's poor.

They just look bereft of ideas on how to play.

Harsh.
We've plenty of ideas.

Kick the ball
One-out runner with minimal support
Kick the ball, but a different player

It’s just constantly poor decisions, and it’s not as if it’s specific players, it’s everyone. It’s really like they have no idea how to play in the last 15 minutes. Like there’s no gameplan and they can’t just play rugby without one.

Slade is just utterly dreadful. In charge of the defence and second in command in the attack.

Same problem we had under Jones. The “leaders” are actually not good enough as players let alone leaders.

So much ball, so few ideas. That was such an anti-climax in the second half. Kept on getting the whistle in our favour and then goofing it up.

Our restarts need a fair bit of work too.

Slade has been a wasted pick for so long. Offers nothing at this level. Good prem player.

It is simply depressing to have Randall, Isiekwe and Dombrandt come on. Does anybody expect them to be an improvement? None of the three would displace their counterparts in our under-20 team.

And we've persisted with him for what, 8 years now?

of all the things to have a go at.....he was actually tip top 1st 15 mins.

Things I would pick on....both 9's, midfield (slade in d), on field tactical leadership, some poor skills.

Yes. Another poor outing from Slade and Lawrence. They do not look international class and should both go. The question is who to replace them with. It almost doesn't matter - anybody but.
