McGinty is actually a talented and tough FH. He has played well for the USA, Connacht (briefly) and Sale. I think he would be very good in a top class team with decent players around him. If his background had been a little different he might well have been on Schmidt's squad by now. I don't know where he will be playing next season but I think he has moved on from Sale.
