Neither holding a pint of Guiness nor flipping the bird. I think this specimen can be safely classified as Possum.

Today's trivia:
In Australia
possum is a term of endearment, especially among middleaged women of obese proportions and dubious sexuality. Not too surprising when compared to spiders, snakes, sharks, crocodiles, rugby league players and a variety of other perilous beasts that the tree-dwelling marsupial should be perceived in such affectionate terms, though it is rumored to be taken just a tad too literally in some parts . . .
