"We will never tire of seeing the Haka," quoth Miles Robinson of 2002. Oh, little did we know how fed up we'd get up of it.

Far less posturing than the 2020 edition - it was finished in the same time that a modern one would take over the initial puffing of cheeks, tongue wiggling, and yelping.

Cloghands.

I didn't remember how bad Thompson's throwing was until I went on an archive binge looking for the highlights videos. It's all flooding back to me watching that effort.

Dawson was thought an average passer but, well, you know where I’m going...

You wait till you see some of the later efforts. Bracken/Healey every day of the week for me.

Fantastic tackle by the Kiwi 7 on a rampaging Johnno. They're up for it.

Launchbury would fit in well with these restart takes so far. Bring back Back!

Poor comms there. SCW might need another bullet point on his flip board.

It's incredible how much contact in the air at the lineouts is allowed. We're swarming all over the ABs and no-one's even complaining.

I'm hopeful that halftime is not in this recording.

Get his legs under the ball, which it does appear he did. Weird decision by the TMO.

Steve Thompson better passer than Mike Brown.

Robinson is an utter freak. Nice to see us firing some shots for the first time.

It looks like he completely misjudged where Lomu would be by the time he got there and almost slid completely past the action.

That's unfair - we don't know how good a passer Mike Brown is until we see it for the first time.

I'm a little bit wary of shouting at the ref, cause I'm not sure I remember these laws well enough!

This is oddly like watching MLR - only me and Mells are commenting and there's a random break for water at 20 minutes.

FFS Thommo. Why do we keep asking him to throw to the back when he's clearly incapable?

And, as I type that, he nails one!
