I think you can be consistent and still play attacking rugby with a tough defence. Every team loses at some point but Quins are conceding more points than they'd like. Big hits and turnovers get the crowd cheering as well.

Saints have found a nice balance this year. They trust their systems in attack and defence, the coaches are not happy if they go off piste. You keep the nice brand of rugby but gain the consistency.
