There's a difference between allegations not proved beyond reasonable doubt and false allegations.hugh_woatmeigh wrote:Good lad. If allegations aren't proven in a court of law doesn't mean they aren't true, it means they can't be proved to be true...BBD wrote:is there such a thing as reasonable false allegations?

Olding is playing his first game for Brive this evening at Bayonne in the opening weekend of ProD2.

...and Brive lost but Olding scored a try after 7 minutes and apparently played well.francoisfou wrote:Olding is playing his first game for Brive this evening at Bayonne in the opening weekend of ProD2.

Jackson's Perpignan were stuffed at home to Stade Français 15-46, even though SF were down to 14 men after 35 minutes when Parisse was given an early bath. However, Paddy did score a try and converted it.

Re: Jackson & Olding
Olding must be happy in Brive because he’s apparently already committed himself to a second season, and Brive are among the teams chasing promotion to the Top14 . Jackson’s Perpignan, however, have yet to win a game and are already odds on for the drop.

So you're saying that Jackson and Olding might find themselves facing each other with one in the jaws of promotion and the other at the bottom? That'll be new.

Can't add much to that......however, back to the r*gby. Olding saw red today for a clumsy tackle on his opposite number in theProD2 match against Soyaux-Angoûlême. It looked a whole lot worse than it was but the ref had no choice but to send him for an early bath. A few minutes earlier, he'd opened up the defence and created a fine try.
His pal's team in Perpignan are still winless after a 9-12 defeat in Pau (that retirement home for ageing Irish back row forwards) and are 6 points adrift in last place of the Top14.

Re: Jackson & Olding
Sounds like Jackson could be on the move again at the end of the season, from Perpignan - for whom I believe he signed for two years with a get-out clause if his team are relegated, to Lyon.

Hey Euge! Is that legal-lingo for the judge saying the Jury fecked up?
