Allan actually politely tried to explain, in detail, what was happening at the scrum when called over and Murphys response was along the lines of whatever and carded him.

As is a referees right. It’s not a debate. Nor should it ever be.

Oh absolutely. It was a very amicable and civil conversation but Murphy's inability rather than refusal to offer a response just confirmed he doesn't have a clue.

That's a try by Dunbar.

It's a joke that there is an Irish tmo.

The real joke is refs officiating their old clubs. Murphy the other week was the real joke.

But agreed. It's a complete shambles.

Dunbar just got bounced like a little girl. I don't think he's as defensively sound as some seem to think. That was almost a try.

When was the last good game Russell had? England? And then before that you'd have to go back quite a while again.

If Glasgow recruit well I honestly think they will be a better team without him.

Glasgow trying to commit rugby suicide. Gift points plus scorned opportunities.
A pro. player who kicks a restart directly to touch..? In the hope that it ends play for the half..?
AAAAgggghhhhh.

When has Russell ever acted like a professional on the pitch? If he wants to have a laugh and play hail mary rugby with his mates he should stick to Amateur rugby.

Scotland DESPERATELY need him to grow the f*ck up. I fear the Racing Metro move will not go well for him.

That's another stunning lack of awareness from a Scottish side. Utter madness.

The players must have known there was a bigger picture at play for the SRU in that game. Given it's the SRU that pull the purse strings there a chance Glasgow benefit from Edinburgh making the play offs.

BP Ulster.

It would be quite funny if Edinburgh didn’t qualify for the play-offs.

The Irony of all this is that Glasgow desperately need a Cockerill - back to basics, get rid of the egos, too many players believing their own hype and thinking they can just show up and a rotten attitude. Edinburgh need a Rennie - someone to develop their attacking game after honing a solid foundation and a healthy mindset.

Glasgow are absolutely incapable of winning the pro 14. They may win their semi but they will get obliterated in a final away from home.

Why Rennie didn't give the 10 shirt to Hastings after his int-window performances I will never know.

Well, at least one thing was a success.

And the Price is definitely not right.

Glasgow really have been frustrating to watch this season.

Even in the early season run when they couldn’t lose, the performances were often littered with mistakes. This hasn’t improved.

The pack isn’t good enough to win the title - lacking in dynamic power. The halfbacks are not providing any control.

I can see Edinburgh winning again next week.

Agree with all this.

Did Glasgow get any money for Finn going to France?

Hmm. The French might be asking for a refund.

You do know that wasn't Russell?

Awful performance from Glasgow. No one performed apart from perhaps Fagerson and Masaga til the final try. Just seem to be drifting towards the end of the season

Ah sorry I forgot your ability to make everything that goes wrong in Scottish rugby Russel's fault. There was me thinking he didnt have a great game but was by no means the first.

To be fair, I dont have an answer to your question although mainly cos I dont know what you mean by "acted like a professional on the rugby pitch". Would struggling with his goal kicking and then going away and working on it til his percentages were up there with the best count?

Apparently, Ulster are a "bit of a basket case", according to a Mr. B. O`Driscoll.

That`ll be some comfort to Glasgow, then.

I don't understand what he even means by that? Isn't that a way of referring to one particular person as being a bit mental?

And where the fuck are the teams?

Dunbar fecking injured again then?

What's the deal with Jackson as well? Seemed to be playing very well while Hogg was away and now dropped out completely? Horne or Seymour at 15 if Hogg gets hit by lightning?

Johnson is the best centre at Glasgow right now. So 12 makes sense. Not sure how effective Dunbar is at 13 so can't debate that one too much...

Where would you play Jacko? He's never really been a bench option under Rennie. He obviously feels that Horne offers more flexibility covering 10 and 12 as opposed to Jacko covering 15 and 10.
