Good performance just not quite enough. Almost good composure at the end but always dangerous once you start going backwards. Wonder whether they should have taken it towards the touchline

Was sort of hoping to see Matawalu at 9 again. It's been a while. It seems odd Ashe keeps getting picked at 6 now too.

Anyone know much about McDowall? I enjoyed seeing him tonk that idiot last week.

Looks to have put on some muscle from the last time I saw him.

That was very good from Grigg.

Really impressed with the Glasgow performances in the last three weeks. Transformed from last season when inaccuracy was a killer time and time again. Much more disciplined, clarity of gameplan and still lethal when they have to be.

Onwards and upwards

It's confirmed that Hogg us off to Exeter at the end if the season. Irreplaceable in terms of quality but it'll be interesting to see how they use up the freed up salary cap.

Jackson is a reasonable stand in for next season but what's the long term option? Both Kinghorn and Graham are at Edinburgh and Glasgow can keep their hands off. Who else is there?

I dont really want a season with Jackson as first choice. Maybe we'll see more of Seymour there but cant think of many options at the mo

It’s a good point about the cap. Hogg is a massive loss but Glasgow could really do with some upgrades elsewhere that may now be a bit more affordable.

If Hughes, Jones, Matawalu are wings and Seymour, Jackson are 15s who else would there be?

I like that move by Hogg. Good "proper" club feel down there.

Glasgow may not see all the money he frees up. That money was probably more to keep Hogg than give Glasgow a 400k player.

From an Edinburgh point of view I would be ok with Fife moving over if it meant Graham starting every week.

I knew Glasgow should have converted Bennett to 15.

Fair play to Hoggy while there is undoubtedly a big pay bump involved I think he's moving for the right reasons. Exeter is a superb club. And I think the EPL will be a great place to build on the weaker parts of his game.

Good spot. I did recall Kinghorn signing an extension around the 6N time but all the google searches are from 2016 with a deal taking him through to the end of 2019.

Confirmed that it is Exeter. I always think itd be more fun in France but decent enough club (albeit one that has come no closer to Glasgow to real european success)

A lot of talk saying Huw Jones to Tigers is basically done.

The punishment for trying to headbutt someone should be the same as if you actually connected, intent was there, shouldn't be let off for cocking it up.
