Linares is class.

Burns may take Taylor on in 2/3 fights time in a passing of the torch type fight especially if he gets bingoed in his next one or two.

I see Quigg is fighting on the WK/AJ card. Seemingly now fighting out of the wild card gym.

I didn't know that, I like Quigg, the Romanian bloke he's fighting has only lost once to Lee Selby on a points decision, he also has a 45% knockout ratio so it could be a tough fight for Quigg.

Hearn will try and make it a world title eliminator I think.

I like Quigg too. His slow start v Frampton really cost him. That fight was winnable.

Aye, poor tactics from his corner as I remember.

Well I watched the Liam Smith v Liam Williams fight on Saturday, it ended in a very strange way, there was a good case to say that it should have gone to the scorecards but the ref didn't say the fight ending cut was caused accidentally, if he had Williams would have won and been champion in waiting.

I also watched Lomanchenko, he is very good, the highly rated guy he was fighting was schooled to the extent that his corner threw in the towel as they could see he was being totally outclassed, Sosa did well to last as long as he did mind you. I'm not sure about Lomanchenko's nickname either 'high tech', it makes him sound like some 80s daps.

Saturday's card:

Anthony Joshua v Wladimir Klitschko : World Heavyweight Title
Scott Quigg v Viorel Simion : IBF Featherweight Title Eliminator
Luke Campbell v Darleys Perez : WBC Lightweight Eliminator
Katie Taylor v Nina Meinke : WBA World Lightweight Title Eliminator
Josh Kelly v TBC : 4 Rnds Welterweight
Joe Cordina v TBC : 4 Rnds Featherweight
Lawrence Okolie v TBC : 4 Rnds Cruiserweight

Other than the main event i'm looking forward to seeing Cordina, Okolie, Quigg and Taylor, Luke Campbell isn't really up to much, I've never heard of Josh Kelly.

Just can't decide whether to buy the Joshua fight, given I'll probably fall asleep during it.

Rumours that Okolie dropped AJ in sparring. There are always theses sorts of rumours mean little but interesting non the less.

Kelly and Cordina are both Olympians, not seen much of Kelly though.

The Brook/Spence undercard looks interesting. Groves v Chudinov and Fowlers pro debut.

Well who's going to win . The old man or the young pup ?

Lots of theories and speculations . AJ could win with an early bomb , Klits could win on points with AJ knackered after six rounds .

Klits seems genuinely up for it and possibly his last big pay day. How will AJ react when someone his size actually hits him back and refuses to be intimidated . Lots of possibilities . Shant be watching myself , they can manage without my money .

Btw :~ Is it just me who thinks Steve Bunce is an over excited arse ? :o

Similarly, what happens when AJ lands one. Klitscho was a little chinny when younger and that is why he developed his ultra safe style.

I am not sure what will happen in truth.

The further it goes the btter for Klischko I reckon, I foresee AJ knocking him out however wirthin the first 6-7 rounds.

Sad thing is I think A is actually in a no win situation. Win and he beat an old man. Lose and he lost.

When AJ made his ring walk, I thought 'hmmm this could backfire'.

It's amazing it has gone this far considering it was looking like seconds away from being ended in the 6th.

AJ needs to throw some more punches though.

Listened to it on R5. Looking forward to seeing this on tv. Reckon Sky will take their time getting it on.
