The Republicans won't do shit, but things'll get interesting in November. If (and it's looking likely) the Dems win big in the mid-terms, it'll get rather spicy in Washington. And we all have a porn star and her hyper-efficient lawyer to thank for it. So thank you, Stormy Daniels and Michael Avenatti.

Sadly even if the dems win big in Congress and move to impeach, the Senate won't ratify. There are only a third of Senate seats being contested and they are predominantly rust belt, Bible basher, shit squishing sort of states.

It will be powered by coal, like a sort of intergalactic Titanic.

What a fucking sock puppet Trump is. I am genuinely amazed at how clueless he is, even after a year in charge. Maybe we deserve it after decades of ignorance and inactivity.
If the Democrats has fielded a less polarised candidate and had an agenda that actually appealed to people (for months it seemed to be vote for Hillary because she isn’t Trumpand she is a woman) they it could have turned out so much better.
Ain’t populism great?!

In other GOP news, a candidate, Kelli Ward, is pissed off at John McCain for having the temerity to die, which apparently makes her look bad. What the christ.

Of course, Trump himself has taken the opportunity afforded by the death of a political heavyweight to demonstrate his statesmanship.
Oh, wait. That would require him not behaving like a petty minded child.

The apparently unceasing line of books bringing the inside scoop of the Trump administration can get a bit uninteresting after a while. But when Woodward enters the fray, it’s worth a look. It won’t change the views of Trumps core voters, but any sane person should be aware by now of the insanity in the White House.

Literally every statement he makes on this latest book is either defcon 1 ironic or contradicts completely some other statement made within the past 2-3 years. Someone needs a big cup of STFU

Taking on Bob Woodward is not a good idea.

It's near hourly nonsense streaming out of the white house now. Absolutely surreal. The most cohesive response seems to be spiteful immigration directives as the white supremacists dig in. We are witnessing historical levels of incompetence.

Makes you think that many of the accusations must be near to the mark.
