Would Dan not have been a worthwhile option late in the game?

Was that his fifth turnover on the floor to win it?

Must be due an unbelievably shit game next week based on that showing.
At one point the ref awarded a penalty against Botia for taking his weight on his hands before grabbing the ball in a turnover. Five minutes later, Lawes does exactly the same thing and wins the penalty.
Are you suggesting that sometimes reffing of the breakdown is a bit inconsistent?
No. Biased. I feel that smaller nations have, in general, been more harshly reffed than their Tier 1 counterparts in this competition. I don't have hard and fast data to back this up. Just what I see. Wonder what others think?

From that game, not really. Fiji got away with absolute murder at times, as did we - that was more a shit ref than one who was slanted.

He needs to be a worthwhile option by February because George, as much as I love him as a player, is pretty much done at test level, imo.

Yes. They can't find a jersey to fit him any more.

Unfortunately I believe from the starting point 6 weeks ago Slippery Candlestick has done enough to keep his job.
Going on the first 40mins of France vs SA, it’s going to be a very big dildo.

I think the best thing for England is the game going to extra time and both teams destroying one another.

Are we able to forfeit the game when they get to 50 v 0?

I remember at u14s we would swap packs if it got one sided.

It’s a good idea but both our backs and our forwards would find a way to finish on the losing side.

Oh feck.

You know what's gonna happen now...

Jones' entire spiel was about building a team that could beat the Boks. Now Sticky Bumpuss is going to bloody execute that plan to beat the Boks...And Eddie is going to give a press conference where he's all like: 'Nah mate, I was right, see. Should have stuck with me, mate.'

And then we're going to help Will Jordan get back to a try a game as we're turned over by En Fucking Zid, who will win the bloody thing AGAIN.

Form book’s been atomised for this world cup - best match I’ve seen since 2003 and possibly 1973

I know the draw was ludicrously favourable but I do wonder if snotty bumstead achieving par (so far) is not so bad considering how several teams have faltered.

Pathetic wasnt it?

Farrell MotM. Who would have guessed that eh?

I would agree. It could be better - but it could be a f"*k times worse. And S(insert name) B(ditto) gave a good post-match interview. Which is something.

That was better. In comparison to the game after or the game the night before, it did feel like two drunks fighting in a car park.

Next weekend looks like a massacre in waiting.
