The US is not pursuing an isolationist ideal. They are fucking over Iran at the behest of the House of Saud and Israel, because that is where the gold is. Last year he was lambasting them for funding terrorism, threatening sanctions and such like without realising he had a military base in the country. So, The Kush has been making a few media appearances to promote his Palestinian Open House to attract "investors" to Palestine. Not a particularly sound one at that. How experienced public officials are able to stand this is beyond me. Trump recently handed out a Presidential Medal of Freedom to Aurthur Laffer, which illustrates the deep rooted belief in an economic mantra that has proven at best anecdotal. Everything boils down to the concept of a "deal". It's incredibly remedial logic but has seemingly deep roots in individuals that inherit wealth. I'm just waiting for eugenics to make an inevitable comeback in the biological sciences. It can be taught in schools alongside factual renderings of man and dinosaur ambling through the garden of Eden some 6000 years ago.
