Looks like I might be the only one left watching but Quins are making a real game of this. Elia scored a very well deserved try and Visser was within a whisker of scoring a very nice try.

A lot more positives to take out of this than I expected. Dare I say it, Dave Lewis has injected some real pace off the bench!

I’m watching. Pretty low quality fare. Been disappointed by Malins. Quins showing a lot of heart.

Is the Saracens whooping thing something they practice in training? I can see how the passion/enthusiasm is infectious for them but it really makes them difficult to like as people. But maybe that’s the point, it winds people up. I mean I certainly think that Earl guy is a dickhead now, for example.

Worth watching just for the last 2 mins. Wouldn’t want to be kicking this.

Cracking finale, well done Quins. Enjoyable game with some good stuff from both sides. Most Un Saracen like to lose such a big lead but Quins deserve credit for the way they played in the 2nd half.

That second half is one of the best I've seen from a Quins side in a LONG time. I know it's only the AW Cup, but I've rarely seen us show that much fight and a lot of Quins sides would have given up the ghost after the Matthews 'try' was disallowed and Whiteley scored.

As someone who is normally highly critical of Charlie Matthews, he was very good today. He never stopped and put an immense carrying shift. Elia Elia looks like he could develop in to the all-action hooker we've been crying out for and Dave Lewis - yes, Dave Lewis, really added pace to the game when he replaced Mulchrone.

I'm rather pleased with all of that.

Watch out for Adam Radwan, the 19 year old Newcastle wing. Caught the highlights programme and his 2 tries against Wasps were first rate. Lots of pace. early days and we will have to see him in the Premiership but he might be worth keeping an eye on.
Ben Curry looked very good too and was MoTM.

He did look incredibly quick from the short highlights. Has any one seen him properly though?

Always looks good in the 7s, for what that's worth.

Ben Curry looked very good too and was MoTM.

Radwan looked rapid. Obviously pace alone isn't everything but his second try showed some good stepping ability as well.

Personally, Ben Curry's always looked the more impressive of the two to me. Had he not got injured in the build up to the Barbarians game, I think he would be the one competing for the 7 shirt and not Tom.

Ollie Lawrence who scored Worcester's 2nd to last try and showed quick hands for the last try is the one they've been waiting to break through IIRC. I've seen a few 'supercuts' of his.

Oghre was signed from Baths academy. Thornton is another new academy boy from somewhere, can't recall immediately, Scotland u20s I believe. Langley has come up something like 5 levels in 3 years, huge guy.

TBF both teams are rotating heavily; it's just that Bath are rotating our injury returnees in whilst Leicester are rotating their academy - presumbly through necessity.

The smile I get when Bath field a pair of Levis still hasn't worn old (I think this is the 3rd time); pity we're only playing 2 of our 4 Max.s
