Any of the othe home nations and that would have been a 40+ point win. I thought we were heading for a good win to start off with but then thet shit happenedBuggaluggs wrote:Holy cow. What a labored constipated turd that win was.

Yep. We're caning them 21-3, and you're thinking "I wonder how we fuck THIS one up?" - it drives me effin' barmy.Buggaluggs wrote:Holy cow. What a labored constipated turd that win was.

He is way off form. Back 3 of Liam Williams, North and Amos for me when all are fit.Buggaluggs wrote:½P makes bad decisions with ball in hand

Good debut for Parkes.
Our scrum half order of precedence remains unchanged.
Forwards. Fucking hell that second half was one sided. Thankfully not too many scrums in he danger zone but we leaked enough penalties from the scrum and breakdown to have gifted the game to most teams. Thankfully that was nowhere near our first choice set of forwards.
We won though. Could be worse, for a while I though we were going to piss away a tidy lead.
I wasn't sold, but he's had a very good autumn. He seems to be able to time his runs very wellMikey Brown wrote:I like Amos. Powerful for a 14 year old too.
He isn’t th quickest on the wing, it the Stef Evans didn’t show that much on the interception either. As it stands, Amos has the habit of finishing moves off nicely and can offload nicely. I thinkStef Evans is a quality player in the making, but Amos is offering more st the moment in attack whilst being sounder in defence. Mix in the running threat of Williams and the power of North and I think that’s a decent back 3 combination.Buggaluggs wrote:I wasn't sold, but he's had a very good autumn. I haven’t seen much of him but he strikes me as your version of Nowell without him being as busy. Which is to say, I don’t think he’ll be anything but ok at test level. Better than Cuthbert, though.Sandydragon wrote:He isn’t th quickest on the wing, it the Stef Evans didn’t show that much on the interception either. I'll settle for okay, in a back three with Sanjay and one of North/Steff/½p. I wasn't expecting to say that about Amos, so I nod respectfully in his direction.Mellsblue wrote:I haven’t seen much of him but he strikes me as your version of Nowell without him being as busy.
