Happy with that team though disappointed about Bradbury's injury. Strange to be down to the bare bones on the back row but Haining will at least carry and their no8 is a newbie too.

Jeez! Has that sour piss seeped under the door into another season? Let it go, man.
There's nothing to let go. The lads did nothing wrong besides a few rude whatsapp messages. Let it go.

Always love that Ireland have an actual leprechaun as a mascot to meet the teams.

Haining looks a bit out of his depth fitness wise which isn't surprising at all.
Weak try to concede. Our defence didn't even react to the Irish numbers flooding the blindside. They stood still.

How exactly did Ireland turn that over in any sort of legal manner?

Our composure in the red zone is embarrassing.
One knocked on lineout and another turned over on the line.

Ireland have figured out the ref at the breakdown. Jesus christ they nag him enough.

and this is why Brown will never be captain material. What does he gain by pushing a player over off the ball? He's got a horrid track record of these brainfarts.

That Hogg missed touch... it was a free kick right? There's no way he missed touch by that much on a pen.

Another red zone clanger. Deja Vu... lots of huff and puff, possession near the try line but amounts to nothing.
We really should be well ahead after these opportunities.

Maitland running sideways doesn't help.

Terrible from pryce, maitland and 2, that's how you lose test matches

Do you think opposition coaches do anything to prepare their teams for playing Scotland beyond just saying "wait for them to fuck it up lads"

It's legitimately all you need to do. Ireland are playing very reserved, patient rugby.
The defence out wide is abysmal btw. They're breaking the line at will.

Irish just about getting the rub of it - the Jonny Gray penalty was very marginal. Milking the breakdown too.
Not taking our chances - never seen that before.
Sexton rolling around near his own try line on 30 mins , clutching his face and trying to milk a penalty was very very poor. But again, never seen that before...
Afraid to say, that first half was another demonstration of why Huw Jones has been out the team. Got caught out defensively a few times.

They have to nag him. The blind fekker's missing everything and his assistants are no help.

Is he the one leaving gaps that Bundi Aki is able to walk through?
