The ref is also very picky so we need to adapt to that.

And our lineout is typically shit

And the scrum is poor. Can’t win anything without a set piece

Embarrassing.

Could be a record score if we can’t remember how to play rugby.

Mistake after mistake. I fear for the last quarter - 100 points?

Fuck me, this is bad. Arundel will never score a easier hat trick, England will never have an easier first half

Hey! 10-5 up at the half. That's great!

Oh wait...that's penalties.

France might exploit this even more brutally than England have.

It’s going to be a long second half, nothing is going right. England aren’t having to do anything to get field position, we are giving so much away and they are being clinical. The last penalty was very picky but that’s the ref and we need to adapt.

That English bench is going to cause even more mayhem.

It’s not just him, but our lineout often works better with a different hooker. We can’t just give up a set piece no matter how good he is at carrying.

It’s better thus far, but we just aren’t making the right options. Thomas kicking there a case in point.

Second half a bit better but again screwed by a double yellow. But too many penalties. And this ref likes his whistles and cards.

Lots to work on and frankly France will be hard watching. The one passage of play and then try to kick is really tedious and barely works.

19-7 in the second half. That feels fai given the quality gulf. But that first half was a horror show.

Look on the bright side, we play on Sunday so there'll be less chance of "Valentines Day Massacre" memes

One of the eternal mysteries, how are Wales so shit at lineouts? I have given up on Lake, but it true, it's not just him. I'd be much happier with Elias or Parry (while recognising that's it's not just a problem with the hooker).

I hate to say it but Lake was a liability today. But then who shone? I honestly don't know how good England are, as they had to do nothing out of the ordinary to be dominant. We lack physicality, guile, cohesion and worse, basic skills at international level. I saw the 51-0 defeat to France at Wembley and this feels worse.
