I'm just delighted for the guy that the ACL is unaffected (confirmed in the Hootsmon today)

He hasn't played that much rugby so if hes fit happy to see him tour Japan.

I've just read that article and have no idea how anyone could suggest he'll be fit for Japan. There is no diagnosis - they have only confirmed what it is not.

Untwist your knickers.

The chat about hopefully being available for Japan is from the player himself.

Puafisi deserves what he got.

I'd be sure to give them plenty of ballast in the early scrums, Gray and Peterson in the row for me. Naka benching, early sub.

Reid, Brown, Ragnar

Peterson, Gray

Harley, Favaro, Strauss.

Jerry, Pat, Rae, Naka, Ashe

Odds on Townsend throwing a curve ball with Gray and Peterson in the engine room with Naka at 6?

Naka benching early sub sounds about right if the sub is after about 30 seconds. I think I'd start him almost anywhere in that team.

Aye. Toony isn't going to drop Naka, he's their star player.

A change in approach and personnel is required though.

Toony has made some correct calls, Ashe in the 23, Favaro starting... A couple of poor ones to even things out of course.. no Petersen anywhere to be seen and Ryan Grant inexplicably makes the bench. Really not the time or place for the latter selection.

Happy to see Henry return. He brings a wise and level head. I guess Lamont is in to bring some ballast to a backline that was battered in the tackles a fortnight ago. I would expect him to come of his wing a lot.

Yep, he's there to make up for Dunbar. If T started he'd need to score two as I can't see Glasgow not conceding down his wing.

Good team. Pyrgos is a welcome addition.

As good as I think Price is going to be his game management was off last time out in Galway.

10 and TH. Two of the key positions on the park and they collide.

So unlucky. Time for Weir to step up.

Really wish Glasgow would cut out those panicky hot potato passes. There is no shame in going to ground and recycling the ball, it's an inevitable part of the game. Looking very good going forward otherwise.

Weeg are bottling this. They look every bit as devoid of ideas as they were last match. Weir just stifles everything

Glasgow lucky to get away with that. Still 0-0. Was a superb bit of play from Connacht otherwise. They look well up for this.
