I shall concede you know far more about Hunter's search history, I'd be more interested if Hunter was running for anything. Simply whether Hunter is a deeply troubled individual doesn't mean much to me, if he was as disturbed as Don's kids and was as involved in public life as Don's kids it'd mean more. And the problem with Jones isn't he's thrown in his lot with Trump, he's perfectly entitled to back the GOP platform no matter how weird it is anyone would support Trump, it's very much the utter disregard for the safety of others and how events like that at a Trump rally do speak to many people, and probably bleeds into some people not even believing Covid is a risk, or not believing it's a significant risk which needs to be strongly acted on, doubting statements from health officials, taking weird stances on vaccines, and really backing gut instinct over knowledge.
Whilst not helpful for Biden, unless he is implicated (with some actual evidence) then it has little bearing on his own ability to run for President. Trump is attempting to use the 'lock em up' argument again and whilst the charges could be levelled against Hillary in person, this time the link to Biden Senior is not clear.
As pertinent as the argument of "We're not voting for Hunter" is, I think it's pertinent to point out that there is no evidence, even circumstantial of Hunter Biden having any involvement with underage porn or underage women.
Rudy Giuliani says that he's seen it and says that he's handed it to the police. He apparently has this material but no-one else is allowed to see it or verify it, for some reason, and it's not actually been confirmed whether his claim to have handed this "proof" to the police ever occurred.
I don't see the value in giving any credence to unsubstatiated smears from someone with a history of lying, especially given there appears to be more evidence of Giuliani being inappropriate with (what he thought was a) 15 year old girl than anything presented against Hunter.
I was just coming here to post this. It's absolutely incredible.

My take on it is simply... I dont believe the numbers are complete or accurate... yet. Its all over the place depending how its looked at or who is reporting it. I do wonder why there arent bio-hazard recepicles placed in public places so we can properly dispose of used masks, etc. Are we supposed to burn them... reuse them... ?

If it's a sequel to Big, where Oprah plays a PC version of Zoltar, I get that, but won't someone think of the children?!?
Nevermind, the countless others who the FBI supposedly have on their crosshairs.

I dont think it implicates Joe as pedo, it implicates Hunter as working for foreign governments while his father (Joe) was VP, and was being paid millions for access to his father. The money paid was split to a few different people - no less than 10% going to Joe (The Big Guy) for the access. FBI has been sitting on the actual laptop containing this info (and other) emails and communications since last year until copies of said evidence were turned over to Giuliani. Among communications regarding those deals, are a good number of photos that implicate Hunter as a pedo... possibly even engaging in incest. Guess we will see what the hullaballoo is about soon enough.
Regarding my voting for Trump - yes I still plan on voting for him - Has a lot to do with my tax rate, my health insurance, my job, and the regulations that were strangling my ability to work. You vote how you see fit for you and your family. That is none of my business and I will always respect your right to vote for what serves you best. In fact, I encourage it... nobody should be made to feel badly or unintelligent for their political choices even when we do not agree. The thing many people do not understand is that in politics... there usually are no "solutions" for everyone... there are only trade offs.

So, Biden's released 22 years of his tax returns and no-one's managed to tie any of this 10% to any of his income at all? And how come the various Republican intelligence committees that have been investigating both Bidens for years in an attempt to get Joe on misconduct to distract from the impeachment have not managed to drag up anything they could even spin to make look like wrongdoing? And Giuliani's got copies of all this evidence, but isn't releasing any of it or showing it to anyone who can verify it, because...
Yeah, this sounds like actual fact and not just unsubstantiated nonsense that your cognitive dissonance is making you believe as true because you've settled a chunk of your identity around being Republican and therefore you will construct reasons to defend that, no matter how far away from your original ethics it travels, because it's easier to convince yourself that you're still right rather than re-evaluate a major part of your personal identity. Good job blowing open the case - I shall expect an imminent arrest warrant for Hunter, just like was successfully issued for Hillary Clinton.

Quite.
If, as suggested, Hunter routinely set up cash payments to the "big Man' then surely they must show up somewhere? If Biden had slush funds established, would they not have shown up during the vetting process for his Vice Presidentship, which is usually pretty thorough?
And that's before we start to look at the business associate who is now very friendly with Trump and has previously been described in court as untrustworthy.
With such solid evidence, I'm amazed that the MSM aren't making wild accusations (excepting Fox of course)

I'm actually really enjoying watching Pete Buttigieg as Biden's spokesman on Fox news. He's calm, collected and has a great line in sardonic rebuttals that the Fox news team don't appear able to cope with or stop setting him up for.
This was him on the VP debate deflecting a question about Kamala Harris changing her previously-stated positions by pointing out the hypocrisy of Pence standing with Trump:
This is him offering an opinion on the second debate being cancelled with the epic line, "I don't know why you would want to be in a room with other people if you were contagious with a deadly disease and you care about other people, but maybe the President doesn't care about other people?"
This was him when the Fox new panel tried to whip up "bUt ThE EmAiLs!":
If Biden wins, you'd have to say that's a pretty good audition for a job in the administration.

Worth noting what with Trump's delay of tax during his (first) term in office and still more with Covid taxes should in theory be going up. Somehow I can't see Trump doing that and instead my guess would be he'd just balloon the tax amount needed for some future generation. For a supposed man of business he's been shocking in a number of ways on the economic front, yet some people are impressed by his gilded claims

From the first interview I've seen with him he's impressed me. I get why some people think he's too centrist and/or not progressive enough, but I don't get the thinking he's some soulless career politician who'd say anything to progress himself.
He was excellent in his long Q&A on Fox going back a long while too, so Fox know he's not going to fall apart. And there's a reason he was charged with debate prep for Kamala.
Whether he can ever build his name recognition enough to have a serious run at the top job I don't know, also that so many black voters are socially conservative when it comes to him being gay was clearly a problem this time around, that might not hold but it's a hurdle for him

It'll be 20 years before a gay American will be able to be US President (and that's highly optimistic). It's still not a consensus in the USA that they are human beings enough to not be fired for who they are, so they're going to have a massive handicap for a long while yet.

A woman stands a better chance of getting elected, cause they're 51% of the population so there's a larger group that is aware that they're not some terrifying other that cannot be trusted to run the country. However, even with that inbuilt population advantage, Kamala Harris as president vs Trump polls about 8 points behind Joe Biden vs Trump, and that's with Harris being vastly more competent and with fewer drawbacks like being ancient, prone to gaffes, having dodgy and embarrassing family, and having 47 years worth of senate history that hasn't aged well. So they're clearly terrifying. Who knows what they'd do if they were in charge and started getting hormones?!
Oddly, I think a gay Republican would stand a better chance than a gay Democrat - they could lean into proving that they were a man's man (not like that) and were tough on big issues and not a sissy man. However, I think any gay man would hit the same problems as a professed atheist - they'd be treated as not morally righteous or trustworthy.

Buttigieg is an excellent poster child for the cause, even if it never happens for him he's making it normal that this should just be normal. And it works well because he comes across as just being normal, and it's incidental to pretty much everyone other than his husband he happens to be gay.
I don't know if America will get a gay, female or atheist leader first, but they have ticked off one black candidate so change is possible.

I live near South Bend and met Buttigieg once at a Mayoral event. Smashing fella. Intelligent and a great conversationalist. I think Biden erred in not picking him for VP. Anyone who hates them fags will be voting Trump anyway, so he'd lose no votes with him. And he can eviscerate with his command of the English language and ability to argue points with science, logic and common sense. Skills that neither Trump or Biden can boast.
