Why are France obsessed with playing him like an extra backrow?

Because they're a terrible team.
As a Scotsman I feel well placed to comment on terrible teams and you're right this French team is terrible at being a team.

Thank feck France have taken their 10 off.

It was so much easier to blame Them. It was bleakly depressing to think They were Us. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

So what happened to the high tackle that Davies did ?
Barnes is on a great power trip (it looked okay, but he just seemed to ignore the TMO)

If we lose to the Irish team that lost to this France team, I'll be very very sad.

Christ almighty.

Wales soooo much better but without having to play that well. Very solid defence and they're just turning the ball over with ease at times.

Good point, there wasn't anything in the Cuthbert one but Davies certainly got some neck on a French guy.

That was also a pretty clear neckroll, and that's exactly the sort of thing that needs to be taken out of the game.

Well, I sincerely hope this puts the Jonny kicking routine to bed once and for all.

It doesn't matter whether or not there was anything in it, it was a clear neckroll. That was a penalty, at least. Could've even been a card.

Interesting perspective from JD about Priestland. Almost seems to prefer him to Biggar

They've been putting Wales under a lot of pressure, but there hasn't been anything inspiring.

well hammy, there has been.. on two or three occasions... and it's not nothing for such a young team to put Wales under pressure after being promised a pummelling..
