Blimey, they only need to travel a short distance from their cosy bubble to any holiday destination in UK and ask why bars/cafes/restaurants are closed in high summer due to part-week opening, early closing, and count the 'staff wanted' signs, or speak to managers dealing with 60% absenteeism due to Covid or overwork because of the short-staffism
