There's a leaked photo that apparently wasps new away kit. Light blue with a sort of camo pattern to it. Not a huge fan, but given the home one is awesome, I'm not too worried.
I love that.! England's Tesco two stripe. Trying to appeal to the working classFKAS wrote:It's better than the Tesco two stripe home kit that a toddler has dribbled ketchup down the front of.pandion wrote:FKAS wrote:Well let's hope England opt to play mainly in the away shirt. I do wonder what college art students come up with some of this nonsense. The whole assign a story to it stuff annoys me as well. It's not difficult, play safe and traditional on home kit and then take chances on the away kit.
Scotland seemed to have the right idea judging by that home kit.you want England to play in Black?! Go and wash your digital mouth out with soap...!

Well I never...
I think that'll look a lot better on a pitch rather than against a purple background. Has the potential to look quite nice, I think.Adam_P wrote:Saints new away kit. Not keen.
That England top is a sack of shit. What the feck is wrong with just plain white, a rose and rugby rebels in faint etching on the sleeve. TossersMellsblue wrote:Ffs

How long till Augustus qualifies for us?Adam_P wrote:Saints new away kit. Not keen.
Not until 2026. Not exactly sure he's the missing link for England that's worth waiting 4 years for.pandion wrote:How long till Augustus qualifies for us?
Well that makes me feel better about the Tigers offerings.Adam_P wrote:Saints new away kit. Not keen.
I always quite like Saints home kits, they seem to get them about right. But why, in the name of all that is holy do the always outsource the away kits to the local kindergarten to design. It’s the same every season.Adam_P wrote:Saints new away kit. Not keen.
I hadn’t seen that stat. Was it a total number or an average number of gainline success per game? If it’s the latter, I think it’s important to consider that a lot of his competitors would have been playing test rugby for significant chunks of the season.Adam_P wrote:He had the most gainline success of any forward in any of the 4 major leagues worldwide last season - that's definitely an area that England could use some bolstering.
But he's definitely South African and shouldn't play for England.
It's percentage success for players with over 100 carries - so I'd think it'd mop up a good number of internationals too.Scrumhead wrote:I hadn’t seen that stat. Don’t get me wrong, I like Augustus as a player. However, I’m strongly opposed to taking players qualified on residency, even more so when I don’t think he’s notably better than any of our existing options (I’m including Mercer in that).
Nah to long. Looks the closest to BillyPuja wrote:Not until 2026. Not exactly sure he's the missing link for England that's worth waiting 4 years for.pandion wrote:How long till Augustus qualifies for us?

You see, I'm not so sure about that myself...francoisfou wrote:The French jersey is a good’un and a country kilomètre better than the England effort that is abysmal! https://boutique.ffr.fr/media/catalog/p ... por_10.jpg
Murley was one of the big successes for me last season. Very effective player, always seems to do exactly the right thing at the right moment. Which is a hell of a thing.Adam_P wrote:It's percentage success for players with over 100 carries - so I'd think it'd mop up a good number of internationals too.Scrumhead wrote:I hadn’t seen that stat. Saw it here, some interesting stats. Murley at Quins showed up well on the carries for the backs.

Very clever, designed to make the oppo descend into a fit of the giggles.32nd Man wrote:The kit is bland, and I just can't get past that sponsor logo. Like having a duplo smiley face on your chest.
Yep. Still don't understand how he was left out of the England tour.Beasties wrote:Murley was one of the big successes for me last season.
