I've missed most of the Wales game, but I've already seen 3 or 4 times Dixon has needed to be bailed out by his TMO on really not hard to make calls.

Between the officiating team they've done a fair job. When considering Dickson is on the whistle and Jonker the TMO that's impressive.

Ref for England Japan was excellent, imo. Very communicative, let the game flow as much as England's tactics would allow, and got all the big calls right.

He had it easier than some because he only had to referee a few minutes of actual rugby, but I agree he was excellent. Impresses me more and more every time I see him.

No1 for me. Amazing when a ref stands out that much.

Latest instalment in our, apparently regular, "what is the TMO actually doing?" series...

Haha. I assume that's not what you intended, but very good.

Yeah, World Rugby will have gotten Musk's shambles to take down the video.

It's a pretty obvious stamp on the damaged hand by the sub prop.

If Italy were an island in the pacific we’d be having some tin foil hat theories about Carey’s performance.

Seen some grumbles about Pearce in SA v Tonga but honestly didn't see much wrong bar the usual failure to spot SA offside at literally every ruck
