Well Cole did have a brief spell on loan at Bedford...

was it mention of Cole's extension?
What would they graft it onto, he's as bald as a coot now.

Fairly certain it’s his own hair.

I'm starting to think my Cole's 'extension' differs from your's. Unless, of course, that pic has been cropped on posting

What do you think the wry smile is about.

I just assumed due to these modern times we live in someone had photoshopped the fag out of his mouth.

Saints will be unhappy, not least having copped some chunky medical bills.

If Ribbans has gone a long term back issue it's maybe why he is heading to France, maximise his earnings while he can.
Tigers set to announce a new signing at 6pm tonight, I assume it'll be Ollie Hassell-Collins but it could be a surprise.

Or it could be Mike Brown on a short term deal, ffs I will be unimpressed if there's this much hype for him joining.

Saints sign Tom Seabrook from Glos for next season.
Bit of an odd one for me given the current squad - wouldn't have wing down as an area that needs bolstering with Freeman, Collins, Ramm, Skosan and Sleightholme.

Seabrook can also play centre, I think he's quite versatile but even so it's an odd move.

Collins also sounds like he may be off at the end of the season.

Agreed on the hype, but it's a decently canny signing. Brown's got a lot of experience that he can pass onto the youngsters and he'll be eager and angry to prove a few people wrong. Think it could be a very Chris Ashton kind of signing to provide depth and a fillip through the end of the season.

Seabrook is a good squad player but he’s just missing that certain something that could make him a regular first team starter. Shame to see him leave but it’s not hugely damaging in any way, shape or form.

Every time i see him he looks pretty good. Never had a run of games at Glos. Maybe a new club might be what he needs.

Same - I'm surprised Glaws have let him go, tbh. If I were Saints, I'd be looking at the option of converting him as a hard running-centre to understudy Odendaal - I think he's got the capability to do it from watching him play 13 for Glaws.

At Glaws it’s clear he’s seen as a centre now (he doesn’t have the out and out gas to be a top flight winger) but we have Atkinson x 2, Harris, Kveseladze, 12T and Hillman-Cooper already on board with Max Llewellyn incoming so I don’t see that he’s going to get much game time.
Really hope he finds a way to kick on but I don’t see it.

Would be happy with this thinking, much less happy if the rumours that Collins are off are true and it's a swap for Seabrook. Collins is massively under utilised imo.

Tom Ellis doesn't appear to be in favour with Van Graan - just been allowed away on a short-term loan to Saracens as injury cover:

He's just (rightly) 5th-ish choice flanker isn't he? And expected to leave for Saracens at the end of the season anyway.

He always seems to be behind someone else and only gets a run if others are injured. Its a shame as with a good run of games he would be one of our top try scorers.

Tigers announced Josh Bassett, Jamie Shillcock, Kyle Hatherhall and Fin Theobald-Thomas as signings for next season. All fit areas of need nicely.
