Russia scorches the earth while the US strikes deals with and tools up "moderate" rebel forces.

Looking pretty fucking grim for everyone in between.

Standard war-time propaganda. If you read the DVC's about page, it's intensely anti-regime. There's not an ounce of impartiality about the page.

The bottom line is the Russians are there at the bequest of the recognized government of Syria to try and help them remove rebels/terrorists who have been trained and equipped by NATO & Saudi and sent in to destabilize the country, which had been stable prior to this operation. Those rebels/terrorists are now holed up among the civilian population.

Meanwhile you have a NATO member, Turkey, inside Syria without invitation from the recognised government of the country bombing Kurds - with American support. We receive nightly boasts on our TV news about how many 'terrorists' they have killed (the Kurds now having become the terrorists in Syria, despite having fought against ISIS all along). Where does that fit in with your stats?

& then you have the US, entirely uninvited, violating a truce by bombing Syrian soldiers for several hours on end, killing more than 80, and saying 'oops, it was a mistake.' In this manner the rebels/terrorists were able to recapture the territory the regime and the Russians had worked so hard to force them out of.

You think unemployment and crime statistics are easy to manipulate...?.....War is a new qualification of statistical manipulation.
Murder, rape and torture are much easier in a conflict zone. Simpler to commit,...simpler to deny.
We commit these crimes in just the same fashion..

I like you Donny......but this is statistical propaganda.

No we don't. We take far more care with non combatants. Accidents still happen, but Russia and Syria are deliberately flattening a city regardless of the state of the civilian population. Does this remind anyone of Grozny?

That would be the air strike which the US notified Russia of and go which there was no objection?

Enough of the anti-Russian hatred. If anybody but the Russians had been invited by the Syrian government to help fight the terrorists NATO et al had sent in there in the first place to destabilize the nation we wouldn't be hearing all this. It's obviously down to an ingrained Western prejudice against Russians, instilled through a lifetime of media and entertainment industry brainwashing.

That would be the air strike which the US notified Russia of and go which there was no objection?

Only in your vivid imagination...

You might do. I haven't.

Sorry Fellas. That was a bit of a scattergun.
Historically it has been the case, especially in protracted conflicts where death is imminent. I'm glad to hear it's better now.
